Sunday services are the heart and soul of our congregation. These services are led by ordained ministers or lay speakers, and seek to inspire us to live better lives and help make the world a better place. Music, including hymn singing, is an important part of our services. Our services also include five minutes of silent reflection, and usually include a Mother Earth Minute on an environmental topic. During every service, we collect money for a chosen organization that helps put our principles into action, and we collect donations for the Chester-Andover Family Center. Services are followed by refreshments and conversation; once per month, we have a luncheon after the service.
Our services are held weekly from September to early June at 10:00 am. We welcome visitors to attend either in person or via Zoom. If you would like the Zoom link emailed to you, please contact us at firstuniversalistparishchester@gmail.com. Descriptions of upcoming services are in our current newsletter, which may be found under the Newsletter tab of this website.
